Data downloads
Download every published dataset as CSV or Excel, with the same rows as the public API. The data dictionary explains each column and what a blank means.
CSV files use UTF-8, ISO dates and plain numbers. Excel files include a Data sheet and an About sheet with the source and column definitions. A blank means the value was not reported or does not apply; see its definition.
Texas fiscal years run from September 1 through August 31 and are named for the year they end. Private activity bond datasets use program years. Filtered selections remain available from each grid's export.
