What you will need

  • The canvassed results: the total votes cast, and the votes in support of and against, each proposition
  • The private link of your Pre-Election Report, if you filed it on this site, to copy its answers

Your report gets a private link. When you start, this site makes a private link to your draft. You can save and come back to it as often as you need.

Save the link: bookmark the page or copy the address. It is the only way back to your draft, and we cannot send it to you again. Anyone with the link can see and change the draft, so share it only with people who help you file.

You can still send BRB the spreadsheet instead: download the blank template.

Questions about this report: email bondelections@brb.texas.gov.

Paste the private link of that report. We copy the answers that carry over; you check them and fill in the rest. Leave this empty to start with a blank report.

Information about you

With few exceptions, you are entitled on request to be informed about the information that state governmental bodies collect about you.

Under Sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information.

Under Section 559.004 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to have state governmental bodies correct information about you that is incorrect.

This form keeps the answers you type and, when you submit, your name and title. The site also records your computer's network address: in its server logs, and in coded form for about a day to limit how many reports one connection can start.

To ask about information we hold about you, or to correct it, email openrecords@brb.texas.gov. Read our privacy policy.
