What you will need
- For each proposition with bonds not yet issued: the election date, the authorizing statute, the amount voters approved and the amount not yet issued
- The estimated issuance cost, assumed coupon rate and estimated debt service for the unissued bonds

Under Sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information.
Under Section 559.004 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to have state governmental bodies correct information about you that is incorrect.
