These figures are the bonds in BRB's open data. The printed report also counts commercial paper and other non-public debt that local governments report in BRB's survey (Appendix F, Table F.1: about $3.37 billion at August 31, 2025), which is not in the open data. Includes debt secured by a combination of ad valorem taxes and other revenue sources. Excludes conduit debt. FY 2025 debt outstanding amounts do not include cash defeasance data. The comparison uses companion Table 1.3 for FY2021–2025. BRB has not yet approved these report definitions.
