Local Debt Additional Transcript Requirements (ATR) Form
The data form required before closing on certain local government debt, and the Attorney General Section 1202.008 form BRB lists beside it.
What the form is
BRB calls it the Local Debt Additional Transcript Requirements (ATR) Form.
It is the local debt issuance data form required before the closing on certain local government debt obligations.
Why BRB asks for it
BRB gets bond transcript information from the Public Finance Division of the Attorney General's Office and from the Comptroller of Public Accounts.
BRB also requires various data on bonds and other debt obligations that local governments issue, under Texas Government Code Section 1202.008.
Rule, Texas Government Code 1202.008: The Attorney General may collect the terms of the securities, debt service and other items in the form the Bond Review Board requires. The Attorney General sends the data to BRB. The statute states no delivery method and no deadline.
