  • One row per state issuer in BRB's debt outstanding table. Principal outstanding and issues outstanding are at the end of fiscal year 2025; a government with nothing outstanding then shows "Not reported".
  • "Last issue closed" and "issues sold" count the issues in BRB's state issuance fee table, which covers the fiscal years named in the heading.
  • The total row adds up every row the search and filters keep. With no search or filter it ties to the Data Center's card for fiscal year 2025.
