A government with no property tax rate (total rate 0) levies no property tax (a tollway, an airport or a regional water district, for instance): all its rates show "Not reported" and are left out of any median or average of rates. A missing total rate also shows "Not reported" for all rates. Zero component rates of a positive total show 0.0000 and count in medians and averages. Principal per resident divides principal outstanding by that population; principal per student (ADA), shown for school districts, divides it by average daily attendance, as BRB's own ratios do. Both are computed here.
- "Last issue closed" and "issues sold" count the issues in BRB's local issuance fee table, which covers the fiscal years named in the heading.
